Our process kicks off with an introductory phone consultation led by our seasoned gemologists. This session allows us to grasp your preferences and answer any queries you may have.

Step 2: Explore & Selection
During the second meeting, your dedicated gemologist will curate a personalized selection of diamonds and/or gems tailored precisely to your preferences.

Step 3: Design & Review
After selecting your gemstone, we'll arrange a Zoom call with our design team to craft a stunning 3D rendering of your custom jewel. During this meeting, we'll carefully examine the rendering to ensure it aligns with your vision.

Step 4: Production & Delivery
Once your design is ready we will handcrafted it in our workshop at the heart of ISRAEL DIAMOND EXCHANGE which takes around 1-3 weeks. Once production is done we will deliver you your Dream Jewel for FREE door2door.
