Returns & Exchanges

At Get-Jewel.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Therefore, we offer a one-of-a-kind return and exchange policy up to 60 days for returns & 360 Days for Exchange, which means you have 60 days to return an item for a refund and 360 days to exchange an item for another product. Please note that Returns & Exchange are eligible for charges Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.

Our Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all original packaging, certificates, and collateral material included. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at support@get-jewel.com before shipping the item back to us.

Please note that returns are eligible for Free and full refund only within 7-Days from delivery. After the initial 7-dayS period, we consider the jewelry to be rented, and charges will apply for returns, according to the specifications mentioned below. For exchanges you have 360 days, we offer a 30-days full exchange credit policy and if you wish to exchange the jewelry for a refund, charges will apply as described below.

Charges For Returns will apply as described below:

  • For returns made between 7 - 30 days after purchase, a charge of 15% of the purchase value will apply.
  • For returns made between 30 and 45 days after purchase, a charge of 20% of the purchase value will apply.
  • For returns made between 45 and 60 days after purchase, a charge of 30% of the purchase value will apply.

Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns after 60 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Any item showing signs of wear or alteration
  • Items on sale
  • Damaged items
  • Resized items (resizing a rough diamond ring band is considered a custom order, therefore it is final sale and non-returnable).

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange your purchase for another product, you may do so within 360 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition with all original packaging, certificates, and collateral material included. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at support@get-jewel.com before shipping the item back to us.

Please note for exchanges, we offer a 30-day free exchange policy with a full credit. After the initial 60-day period, we consider the jewelry to be rented, and charges will apply for exchange, according to the specifications mentioned below.

  • For exchanges made between 60 and 120 days after purchase, we'll credit you 90% of the purchase value.
  • For exchanges made between 120 and 160 days after purchase, we'll credit you 80% of the purchase value.
  • For exchanges made between 160 and 220 days after purchase, we'll credit you 70% of the purchase value.
  • For exchanges made between 220 and 300 days after purchase, we'll credit you 60% of the purchase value.
  • For exchanges made between 300 and 360 days after purchase, we'll credit you 50% of the purchase value.

Once we receive your exchanged item and verify its condition, we will ship the new item to you within 5-7 business days. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any price difference for the exchanged item.

How to Make a Return/Exchange

To make a return or exchange, please email us at support@get-jewel.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Write this code on the outside of the box you are returning. You must include all original packaging and collateral material, including the certificates. If your certificates are not returned, you will be liable for the replacement cost, which will be deducted from your return. For security reasons, do not write Get-Jewel anywhere on the outside of the box.

How to Package Your Return/Exchange

Ship your package via a traceable and insured carrier, such as USPS Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Get-Jewel.com. Use the address provided on your invoice: Get-Jewel.com, 12 E 46th St 4th floor, New York, NY 10017, United States. For items over $25,000, please contact us directly for shipping instructions. You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so may prevent the processing of your return. Get-Jewel.com is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Voiding a Return

Upon receiving your item, it will be checked by our returns department. Any item showing signs of wear, altered in any way, or resized cannot be returned. Items without a Get-Jewel.com Return Authorization code and improperly packaged or insured will be refused receipt.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for exchanges or returns.
