Thank you for choosing Get Jewel for your jewelry needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality and long-lasting jewelry that you can enjoy for a lifetime. That's why we offer a Lifetime Jewelry warranty program for all of our jewelry products and custom engagement rings and jewelry pieces against any manufacturing defects.

Please note that this warranty does not cover issues that result from general wear and tear, misuse, or negligence, including but not limited to scratches, discoloration due to chemical contact, warped metal, dents, misshapen bands, lost stones, or cracked stones. Additionally, lost or stolen pieces are not covered under this warranty. Any repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Get Jewel will void the warranty.

Policy

Here are the details of our program policy:

1. Eligibility: All jewelry products purchased from Get-Jewel.com are eligible for our Lifetime Jewelry warranty program.

2. Coverage: Our Lifetime Jewelry warranty program covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This includes issues such as broken or damaged prongs, loose stones, and damaged settings.

3. Exclusions: Our Lifetime Jewelry warranty program does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, loss or theft of the jewelry, or any alterations or repairs made by a third party.

4. Repairs and replacements: If your jewelry is eligible for coverage under our Lifetime Jewelry warranty program, we will either repair or replace the item free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a comparable item of equal value.

5. Warranty transfer: Our Lifetime Jewelry warranty program isn't transferable to subsequent owners of the jewelry. The new owner can purchase this cover by contact us regards the warranty.

6. Registration: To activate your Lifetime Jewelry warranty program, you must register your purchase on our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Failure to register will result in forfeiture of the warranty coverage.

7. Return & Exchange Policy: If you decide to return your jewelry purchase, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the item is damaged or altered, the refund will be prorated based on the extent of the damage.
